• No smoking or vaping in the unit

• Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional deposit(s)

• Minimum renter age/present adult is 23. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by the main renter.

• Our building has year-round residents; the HOA observes their peaceful enjoyment at 11 PM — no loud music or excessive noise after 11 PM.
